Delivery information

We strive to deliver our items in the Benelux within 3/5 days and within Europe within 5/7  days. Items that need to be delivered outside Europe we strive to deliver within 7/14 days

Selysee shoes are exclusively available at SELYSEE.COM and in our exclusive shop in Barendrecht, The Netherlands.

Shipping

Selysee shoes are offering free shipping to all countries world wide. We do not deliver shoes to Russia and North Korea.

Taxes and duties

All international orders are included VAT but are excluding local import duties if applicable.

We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As the amount depends on each country’s policies, please check the conditions that apply to your country.

Trying the shoes at home

Please pay attention: Please be very careful when trying on your SELYSEE SHOES, and make sure that when you do that on a soft surface, such as a towel or carpet.

Please do not walk on a wooden floor, A Stone-tiled floor or a hard floor! 

Return conditions

In case you’re not satisfied with the product you have bought you have the option to return the product within 30 days of receipt. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned undamaged. To return the product follow the steps below. 

Register

  • Go to www.selysee.com and report your return via contact page. When completing the contact form please use the word “Return” and your order number in the subject line. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours and send you the return label.  

Make sure that: 

  • The articles are complete 
  • The articles are in the original packaging and box
  • That the copy of the invoice and return are are enclosed

We try to process your return as quickly as possible. Make sure you pack the items properly so that they are not damaged during transport. To save on waste, you can use the box in which we sent the product to you. Make sure the address label is readable.

Transportation 

Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this well until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has been sent and can be requested in case of loss during transport.

Processing

As soon as the return shipment has been processed by us, you will receive a message about this. We strive to come back to you as soon as possible but please note that it can take up to 5 working days. Did we not come back to you within 5 working days? Refund

When do you receive the refund?

We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.

What will be payed back? 

You will receive a full refund of the purchase prince, including the original paid shipping and payment costs.

Deposit 

We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. If this is not possible, we will contact you. 

Costs for return

The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or delivered incorrectly? Please let us know. If this is the case we reimburse these return costs afterwards.
